Ice Wine

haha.. it seems i hav been coming in touch with alcohol recently. usually i'll just hav a few sips of alcoholic drink. but, yesterday i couldn't resist myself and had a few shots of this cool wine brought back with my aunts.
i must say that i like this wine very much though i'm not a drinker, not even a social drinker.
Ice wine is another kind of grape wine made during winter season from fermented grape juice where its grape is frozen at the degree of -10. that's how the name of 'ICE wine' come from. cool huh..
the ice wine we had yesterday is Inniskillin, product of Canada.
get me a bottle if u were to come accross it at any DFS. remember to get the golden packaging bottle. thanks. :)
